Subway/train. It's pretty good. Inexpensive and clean.
Tuk Tuk (Three-wheel taxi)
They usually offer flat rates. I wanted to try once, but the one stationed outside our hotel was such a rip-off. So I didn't get to try. Next time.

As I mentioned earlier, taxi is dirt cheap.
But since the traffic is so bad, sometimes it's faster to walk.
