On the 2nd night in Bangkok, we decided to go to a fancy restaurant.
Aiko picked the place according to the guide book.
It had a beautiful pond in between buildings!
They had an ipad menu. Wha..
Food was delicious. But again. I didn't get that impressed compared to the street food.
Next stop for the night was: Roof top bar at Banyan Tree hotel!
We were both sorta tipsy already, so we don't have good pictures. FAIL.
But the view was GORGEOUS. 360 degree view of the city.
We met a nice couple from Australia. The guy in the front spoke fluent Japanese.
And then... before we went back to the hotel, we decided to eat something small, since the fancy restaurant didn't really fill us up. But this restaurant took forever to just to get the drinks. So we weren't happy and we took off after a while. We probably didn't need the midnight snack anyway...
